1. Collect and analyze customer sell-out reports, providing actionable recommendations based on results.
2. Support Key Account Managers in proposing customized assortments aligned with market trends and business needs.
3. Prepare client assortments in advance of selection meetings at the London showroom.
4. Assist Key Account Managers in compiling customer presentations and business updates for client meetings.
5. Prepare customer selection files post-buying appointments, including client-specific details such as local currency pricing and reference numbers.
6. Monitor service levels and order fulfillment rates, proposing actions for low or out-of-stock items.
7. Collaborate with customer service and logistics to manage order collection and ensure timely stock delivery.
8. Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up on orders and deliveries.
9. Support the development of joint sales and marketing plans with major customers.
10. Assist the finance department with invoicing, debit, and credit note requests.

1. Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is advantageous.
2. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical capabilities.
4. Sales-driven with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
5. Dynamic, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in sales and account management within the luxury sector is advantageous.

Degree in Business Administration or similar.
