- Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, cultivating enduring relationships.
- Manage sales performance and prepare monthly business reviews with major accounts.
- Identify client needs and opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Analyze sell-out data and coordinate replenishment planning with headquarters to ensure stock availability.
- Oversee product assortment, stock levels, returns, and balance between new launches and carryover items.
- Coordinate trade marketing activities, including visibility programs, events, and incentives.
- Conduct regular store visits across markets.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to support strategic decisions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; manage renewals and deal closures.
- Forecast sales and track account performance to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare reporting to headquarters, including sales and sales forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments
- Industry knowledge and business acumen
- Fluency in English and the local language
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
- Availability for frequent travel
A minimum of three years of experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments is required.
