1. Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, cultivating enduring relationships.
2. Manage sales performance and prepare monthly business reviews with major accounts.
3. Identify client needs and opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
4. Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
5. Analyze sell-out data and coordinate replenishment planning with headquarters to ensure stock availability.
6. Oversee product assortment, stock levels, returns, and balance between new launches and carryover items.
7. Coordinate trade marketing activities, including visibility programs, events, and incentives.
8. Conduct regular store visits across markets.
9. Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to support strategic decisions.
10. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; manage renewals and deal closures.
11. Forecast sales and track account performance to identify improvement areas.
12. Prepare reporting to headquarters, including sales and sales forecasts.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
3. Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments
4. Industry knowledge and business acumen
5. Fluency in English and the local language

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
4. Availability for frequent travel

A minimum of three years of experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments is required.
