- Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, fostering and sustaining robust, enduring relationships.
- Comprehend clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to offer customized solutions.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing for the execution of Product Marketing Assets, POSM, and other marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion within key accounts.
- Analyze data and strategize for customer replenishment.
- Develop and implement account plans to meet sales targets and growth objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate account performance, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Finalize deals and secure renewals or expansions of existing contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions affecting key accounts.
- Forecast future sales and revenue from key accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors
- Fluency in English and the local language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales capabilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Relationship-building and maintenance skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Industry knowledge and business acumen
At least 2 years of experience in relevant sectors such as fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG.
Bachelor’s degree
