- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on maximizing retail footprint and brand distribution.
- Create best-selling assortments for clients using data-driven insights.
- Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop strategies to enhance sales and increase sales turnover.
- Analyze sales reports to ensure target achievement and forecast future business trends.
- Expand current accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as planning, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless business operations.
- Coordinate with customer service to manage order portfolios effectively.
- Formulate sales, marketing, and distribution strategies in collaboration with brand management to identify product growth opportunities.
- Provide sales feedback pre-market and manage customer growth programs, including marketing initiatives and in-store displays.
- Lead market appointments, conduct business reviews, and make product recommendations based on sales performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to deliver product knowledge seminars, ensure visual merchandising standards, and promote brand awareness.
- Represent the Kering brand with professionalism and assist in various business areas as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Familiarity with the wholesale business
- Analytical and data-driven with proficiency in Excel
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends in the wholesale fashion and lifestyle market
- Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships
- Skilled in negotiation to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and deadlines
- Critical thinking and ability to implement improvements
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible with a commitment to teamwork
- Practical and hands-on approach
3-5 years of experience in a relevant role within the industry, with a focus on wholesale business operations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Salary range of 75-90k USD per year, with bonus opportunities.
