- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts to maximize retail footprint and brand distribution.
- Create data-driven assortments to enhance customer offerings.
- Oversee the sales process to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop strategies to optimize sales and improve sales-turn.
- Analyze sales reports to forecast and meet internal and external targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, marketing, and customer service to ensure business growth.
- Ensure seamless order management in partnership with customer service.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and distribution strategies.
- Lead market appointments, including business reviews and product presentations.
- Conduct regular market visits to deliver product knowledge seminars and ensure brand standards.
- Represent the Kering brand with professionalism at all times.
- Engage in all areas of the business as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role or industry.
- Familiarity with the wholesale business.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to self-manage and organize workload.
- Up-to-date knowledge of wholesale fashion and lifestyle market trends.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at various levels.
- Negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Problem-solving orientation with a focus on results and deadlines.
- Critical thinking and consensus-building abilities.
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible with a commitment to teamwork.
3-5 years of experience in a relevant role or industry, particularly within the wholesale business.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
Salary range of 75-90k USD/year, with bonus opportunities.
