Kering Eyewear Junior Trade Events Specialist

- Support the Trade Events Manager in organizing and executing a variety of events, including sales campaigns and local trade activations, from initial planning to post-event evaluation.
- Assist in all phases of event execution, ensuring smooth operations and luxury client engagement.
- Coordinate event logistics and materials, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in execution.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support event design, logistics, and vendor management.
- Map and process event-related costs in SAP and assist in budget monitoring.
- Liaise with Finance for supplier invoice management and ensure proper documentation and archiving.
- Ensure all trade events align with brand and corporate guidelines, marketing strategy, and customer experience standards.
- Contribute to the development of event guidelines and ensure compliance with corporate processes.
- Track and report event performance metrics to support continuous improvement and maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in events and trade shows.
- Support in drafting internal reports, organizing team meetings, and sharing best practices.
- Degree in economics and/or marketing
- Experience in events management, trade marketing, or brand activation
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Highly detail-oriented and precise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborative team player
- Flexible and open to international travel
- Curious and eager to learn
Experience in events management, trade marketing, or brand activation is preferred.
Degree in economics and/or marketing
