1. Support the scouting of new commercial opportunities and retail partners.
2. Assist in defining commercial plans for assigned customers.
3. Contribute to the brand mix and assortments for international customers.
4. Analyze customer assortment plans to maximize sell-out and evaluate KPIs such as sell-through and productivity.
5. Develop trade marketing and PR plans for customers, managing the BTL budget.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for the implementation of retail concept projects.
7. Manage and coordinate invoicing activities, including PR, MIGO, and supplier registration.
8. Liaise with the Operations team to ensure high service levels for customers.
9. Monitor business performance using BI, MAKAI, or similar tools.

1. University degree in Business Management or similar field.
2. 1 year of experience in a similar role.
3. Proven organizational and time management skills.
4. Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
5. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Excellent level of English and Italian.
7. Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks.
8. Innovation attitude and commitment to teamwork.
