Kering Eyewear Junior Demand Planner

- Support the preparation of corporate targets and analyze current business performance, defining rolling forecasts at the account/market level based on the S&OP process.
- Engage with respective accounts to discuss performance and develop growth and recovery plans to drive demand planning.
- Manage demand forecasts for the next 12-15 months on a rolling basis at the individual SKU level.
- Serve as the planning contact for all market-related projects, proactively supporting their execution.
- Provide proactive support to continuously improve customer service levels while optimizing finished product inventory in line with management directives and company strategy.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a reporting system to analyze key market KPIs.
- Perform back-office functions in collaboration with sales support and supply chain teams to provide information to various stakeholders.
- Implement IT solutions defined to support Demand Planning activities within the market.
- Contribute to teamwork and achievement of team objectives.
- Degree in Economics or Scientific disciplines
- Previous experience in similar roles for 1-2 years in multinational environments is considered a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
1-2 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments is advantageous.
Degree in Economics or Scientific disciplines
