Kering Eyewear IT Analyst (Sales & Distribution)

Kering Eyewear is the eyewear division of the Kering luxury group, designing, developing, manufacturing and distributing premium eyewear for a wide portfolio of luxury and proprietary brands. 1. Gather and analyse business requirements to define IT solutions that support sales and distribution processes.
2. Participate actively in IT projects focused on Sales & Distribution, from scoping through delivery.
3. Support implementation and configuration activities for SAP FMS solutions and related SD processes.
4. Create, analyse and validate detailed functional specifications and translate requirements for technical teams and external consultants.
5. Coordinate and supervise activities performed by external consultants and third parties.
6. Lead System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including test planning and defect follow‑up.
7. Produce clear internal documentation and user guidance to support adoption and change management.
8. Act as first point of contact for system users and AMS (application maintenance services) for SD‑related incidents and enquiries.
9. Report to the IT SD Project Manager on project progress and propose system or process improvements to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience in SAP SD module (experience in AFS or FMS environments preferred).
3. Practical knowledge of Sales & Distribution and Materials Management SAP modules.
4. Familiarity with SAP ABAP is a plus.
5. Advanced English — spoken and written.
6. Strong analytical skills, results orientation and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
