- Plan and prioritise store coverage and field activity according to the sales cycle and agreed KPIs; deliver on required store visit frequency.
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with store managers and sales teams; act as the primary brand contact for customer feedback and requests.
- Drive sales performance by supporting seasonal product launches and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure optimal in‑store brand penetration through negotiation to increase brand visibility and manage retail brand image.
- Oversee product presentation and inventory levels at each retail location; enforce compliance with selective distribution guidelines to optimise product allocation.
- Ensure stores adhere to brand visual merchandising guidelines and protect brand assets in the retail environment.
- Coordinate and deliver product, brand and trade‑marketing training for store teams.
- Produce timely, accurate store visit reports; collect and synthesise customer and store feedback on products and brand perception.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activity (brand/product/displays/promotions/results) and report findings.
- Analyse sales performance to identify best‑selling and slow‑moving items, including price, colour or style drivers.
- Proven background in fashion, luxury goods, cosmetics or FMCG with solid trade‑marketing and visual merchandising experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with routine reporting tasks.
- Basic English language ability to interact with regional teams and reporting.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills with a target‑oriented mindset.
- Analytical aptitude and a demonstrated capacity to learn quickly.

Several years of field or retail experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics or FMCG environments, with demonstrable experience in trade‑marketing, store execution and visual merchandising. Proven ability to manage store relationships, drive in‑store performance and support seasonal launches.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management or a related discipline preferred; vocational qualification or equivalent practical retail/merchandising experience accepted.
