- Assist the local Finance Manager with monthly closing activities, including the preparation of a comprehensive dashboard featuring P&L, efficiency KPIs, budget variances, and overhead analysis.
- Calculate and monitor standard costs for purchases and production.
- Engage proactively in budget and forecast processes, implementing actions to meet targets.
- Analyze and discuss plant results with financial and operations management.
- Support management by addressing ad hoc topics as necessary.
- Enhance reporting systems and outputs for improved efficiency.
- University degree in Economics or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial or plant controlling.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid knowledge of cost and general accounting.
- Proven experience in preparing, analyzing, and discussing budgets, forecasts, and planning activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and resilient.
- Flexible with the ability to interface across various company levels.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interdisciplinary and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Hands-on approach with a positive attitude towards challenges.
A minimum of 5 years in industrial or plant controlling, with a strong foundation in cost and general accounting.
University degree in Economics or equivalent.
