1. Drive sales in dedicated stores, collaborating with the regional manager to enhance business strategies and initiatives.
2. Achieve sales targets across all brands and stores, actively seeking opportunities to expand business and elevate brand presence.
3. Maintain impeccable merchandising standards for all Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
4. Regularly visit department store accounts to foster key relationships, enhance retail sales, merchandise and restock products, and ensure brand positioning.
5. Utilize analytical tools such as Skypad and Go Spot Check to efficiently manage and analyze business performance.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional departments including sales, marketing, and store management.
7. Stay informed on market trends and growth opportunities.
8. Provide feedback to the regional manager on market insights, best-sellers, and competitive landscape.
9. Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop-ups to drive business and enhance brand awareness.
10. Deliver exceptional customer service during store visits and manage client follow-ups for repairs, damages, and special requests.

1. Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience preferred.
2. Comprehensive understanding of the luxury fashion sector.
