- Drive sales in dedicated stores, collaborating with the regional manager to enhance business strategies and initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets across all brands and stores, actively seeking opportunities to expand business and elevate brand presence.
- Maintain impeccable merchandising standards for all Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
- Regularly visit department store accounts to foster key relationships, enhance retail sales, merchandise and restock products, and ensure brand positioning.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Skypad and Go Spot Check to efficiently manage and analyze business performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional departments including sales, marketing, and store management.
- Stay informed on market trends and growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the regional manager on market insights, best-sellers, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop-ups to drive business and enhance brand awareness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during store visits and manage client follow-ups for repairs, damages, and special requests.
- Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of the luxury fashion sector.
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or eyewear sectors.
