1. Drive sales in dedicated stores, collaborating with the regional manager to enhance business strategies and initiatives.
2. Achieve sales targets across all brands and stores, actively seeking opportunities to expand business and elevate brand presence.
3. Maintain impeccable merchandising standards for all Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring optimal product positioning on the sales floor.
4. Regularly visit department store accounts to foster key relationships, boost retail sales, and ensure proper merchandising and stock levels.
5. Utilize analytical tools such as Skypad and Go Spot Check to efficiently manage and analyze business performance.
6. Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and store management.
7. Stay informed on industry trends and growth opportunities.
8. Provide feedback to the regional manager on market insights, including missed opportunities and competitive analysis.
9. Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop-ups to drive business and enhance brand visibility.
10. Deliver exceptional customer service during store visits and manage follow-up on client requests, repairs, and special needs.

1. Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or eyewear sectors.
2. Understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
