- Drive sales in dedicated stores, collaborating with the regional manager to enhance business strategies and initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets across all brands and stores, actively seeking opportunities to expand business and elevate brand presence.
- Maintain impeccable merchandising standards for all Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring optimal product positioning on the sales floor.
- Regularly visit department store accounts to foster key relationships, boost retail sales, and ensure proper merchandising and stock levels.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Skypad and Go Spot Check to efficiently manage and analyze business performance.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and store management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the regional manager on market insights, including missed opportunities and competitive analysis.
- Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop-ups to drive business and enhance brand visibility.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during store visits and manage follow-up on client requests, repairs, and special needs.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or eyewear sectors.
- Understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
- Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive approach.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build brand loyalty.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury and/or eyewear experience.
