Kering Eyewear In-Store Specialist

- Develop and implement local Trade Marketing plans for assigned clients.
- Negotiate prime retail spaces for brand visibility.
- Ensure optimal visibility through permanent and seasonal activities, including pop-up placements and product merchandising.
- Support the Trade Marketing team in managing point-of-sale material needs and allocations.
- Coordinate with agencies for window and in-store setups.
- Execute training programs for assigned clients.
- Assist the sales team during key client presentations and buying events.
- Organize in-store and sales events.
- Manage sellout contests and trade incentives.
- Monitor sellout results in assigned stores.
- Prepare activity reports, collect feedback, and track KPIs.
- University degree or secondary school diploma; Visual Merchandising education is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in eyewear, fashion, luxury, or cosmetics sectors.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising.
- Strong training and effective communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

A minimum of 2 years in the eyewear, fashion, luxury, or cosmetics industries, with experience in both retail and wholesale environments.
University degree or secondary school diploma; Visual Merchandising education is a plus.
