Kering Eyewear HR Administration Specialist

- Prepare and review employment contracts, including those related to employment, temporary staffing, and internships.
- Support the management of employment processes and regulatory obligations, in collaboration with the Group's Shared Service Center and HR Business Partners, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations.
- Manage attendance and absences using the Zucchetti software.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and corporate compliance.
- Provide continuous support in communication and management of employee relations, focusing on administrative and contractual topics.
- Manage contract deadlines, probation periods, internships, and temporary staffing arrangements.
- Handle administrative tasks related to personnel, such as parental leave, illnesses, and accidents.
- Support international mobility management.
- Ensure orderly and timely updates of personnel administration archives.
- Stay informed on labor law and administrative topics to support the HR function.
- Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proficiency in the Zucchetti attendance management tool
- Understanding of Labor Law
- Proficiency in English
