1. Prepare and review employment contracts, including those for temporary and internship positions.
2. Support the activation, management, and termination of employment relationships in compliance with CCNL Occhialeria and Dirigenti Industria regulations.
3. Manage attendance and absences using the Zucchetti software.
4. Develop monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and company compliance.
5. Provide continuous support in communication and management of employee relations, focusing on administrative and contractual matters.
6. Manage contract deadlines, probation periods, internships, and temporary assignments.
7. Handle administrative tasks related to parental leave, illnesses, and injuries.
8. Support international mobility management.
9. Ensure orderly and timely updating of personnel administration records.
10. Stay updated on labor law and administrative topics to support the HR function.

1. Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Familiarity with the Zucchetti attendance management tool.
5. Knowledge of labor law.
6. Proficiency in English.
7. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage interpersonal relationships proactively.
