1. Post incoming invoices, bank statements, and journal entries.
2. Reconcile accounts and maintain a comprehensive and accurate general ledger in accordance with fiscal accounting principles and internal guidelines.
3. Participate in monthly and annual preparations related to closings as per a predefined calendar.
4. Calculate and prepare monthly VAT and Intrastat forms.
5. Communicate with external accounting services, tax offices, and banks.
6. Collect and analyze financial information to prepare financial and accounting reports for management.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for finance and sales departments.
8. Coordinate with other departments within the company.
9. Calculate and book employee travel expenses.
10. Monitor legal regulations in the field of accounting.

1. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Fluency in English.

1. Basic accounting knowledge.
2. Basic Excel and computer skills, including V-lookups and SumIF.
3. Experience with SAP and BPC is advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
6. Highly organized and reliable.
7. Team player with a positive attitude.
8. Eager to learn and dedicated.

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
