- Implement technical training programs for diverse audiences including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, and Optical Schools within the designated area.
- Execute training initiatives through various formats such as classroom sessions, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
- Develop and tailor local training strategies based on key performance indicators and business priorities.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
- Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collection presentations.
- Manage and monitor travel budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Optical Trainers from other markets to exchange strategies and best practices.
- Monitor competitors' learning tools and programs, reporting insights to headquarters.
- Proactively seek new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
- Comprehend brand business models and objectives, with a focus on brand DNA, heritage, collections, and product technicalities.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the Optical Industry
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced expertise in PowerPoint
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Strong results orientation and deadline adherence

3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the optical industry.
Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent experience.
