- Develop prototypes as outlined in the brand collection plans, adhering to technical specifications and assigned time, quality, and cost objectives.
- Evaluate challenges in project development, including technical issues, timelines, resources, and equipment, and propose innovative solutions to enhance final output.
- Contribute to the identification and development of new solutions and technologies.
- Promptly suggest potential improvements to ongoing projects to meet defined objectives in terms of time, quality, and cost.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to achieving defined objectives and creating collections that exceed brand expectations.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within eyewear and/or jewelry prototyping.
- Professional proficiency in operating machinery and equipment for prototype development.
- In-depth knowledge of metals, plastics, and natural materials such as wood and horn.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a comparable role within eyewear and/or jewelry prototyping is required.
