- Analyze global eyewear trends in styles, shapes, materials, and colors through interactions with suppliers, competitors, and customers.
- Define and develop creative concepts and mood boards in alignment with brand management and creative direction guidelines.
- Collaborate with key suppliers and research centers to develop new design solutions and methodologies for approval by the Eyewear Creative Director.
- Create both hand-drawn and digital creative styles for submission to the Eyewear Creative Director.
- Work with CAD designers and the industrialization team to translate approved designs into 3D digital formats.
- Monitor the progress of 3D technical design, prototyping, and product development, addressing performance, quality, time, and cost issues.
- Participate in collection approval meetings and share information with relevant business functions.
- Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning teams to meet quality, lead-time, and cost targets.
- Communicate key concepts of the developed collection to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in updating style collections and maintaining color and material archives.
- Degree in Accessory Design or equivalent qualifications
- Solid knowledge of the luxury and fashion accessories market
- Strong teamwork capabilities
- Resilience and enthusiasm
- Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity
- Innovative mindset
- Proficiency in Adobe software
- Fluency in English
A minimum of 3 years of experience in eyewear design within the high-end segment, preferably in an international environment.
Degree in Accessory Design or equivalent qualifications
