1. Analyze global eyewear trends in styles, shapes, materials, and colors through interactions with suppliers, competitors, and customers.
2. Define and develop creative concepts and mood boards in alignment with brand management and creative direction guidelines.
3. Collaborate with key suppliers and research centers to develop new design solutions and methodologies for approval by the Eyewear Creative Director.
4. Create both hand-drawn and digital creative styles for submission to the Eyewear Creative Director.
5. Work with CAD designers and the industrialization team to translate approved designs into 3D digital formats.
6. Monitor the progress of 3D technical design, prototyping, and product development, addressing performance, quality, time, and cost issues.
7. Participate in collection approval meetings and share information with relevant business functions.
8. Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning teams to meet quality, lead-time, and cost targets.
9. Communicate key concepts of the developed collection to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Support the team in updating style collections and maintaining color and material archives.

1. Degree in Accessory Design or equivalent qualifications

6. Proficiency in Adobe software
7. Fluency in English

A minimum of 3 years of experience in eyewear design within the high-end segment, preferably in an international environment.
