- Manage the order flow from acquisition to entry, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms.
- Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels and assist in resolving complaints.
- Identify and address priority issues in collaboration with the team.
- Provide customers with detailed product and service information.
- Support the monitoring of customer requests and inquiries.
- Document interaction information according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist in creating new business opportunities through a proactive approach.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Languages or Translation and Cultural Mediation.
- Native or equivalent proficiency in Italian.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in French, German, or Portuguese.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication skills.

No prior experience required, but a background in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
