Kering Eyewear Credit Specialist

1. Ensure efficient management of customer credit, minimizing insolvency risks and optimizing the collection cycle.
2. Evaluate customer creditworthiness through financial statement analysis, credit scores, and payment history.
3. Conduct timely and effective credit collection across assigned sales channels to increase cash collection and reduce aging.
4. Continuously monitor credit status and address delays or anomalies by sending payment notifications and negotiating overdue payments.
5. Support the Credit Coordinator and team in classifying and recording incoming payments and reconciling accounts.
6. Verify order release operations in coordination with the Sales team.
7. Manage relationships with Sales Channel Operations and Sales teams regarding ticket resolution.
8. Contribute to the proper application of the Group's credit policy.
9. Assist the team in completing ongoing projects.
10. Prepare monthly/quarterly DSO reports and analyze collection trends.
11. Foster teamwork and contribute to achieving team objectives.

1. Advanced proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
3. Financial analysis and credit data interpretation skills.
4. Familiarity with credit KPIs, particularly DSO, aging reports, and cash forecasting.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
6. Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal teams.

Relevant experience in credit management or a related financial role is required.
