Kering Eyewear Credit Specialist

- Ensure efficient management of customer credit, minimizing insolvency risks and optimizing the collection cycle.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness through financial statement analysis, credit scores, and payment history.
- Conduct timely and effective credit collection across assigned sales channels to increase cash collection and reduce aging.
- Continuously monitor credit status and address delays or anomalies by sending payment notifications and negotiating overdue payments.
- Support the Credit Coordinator and team in classifying and recording incoming payments and reconciling accounts.
- Verify order release operations in coordination with the Sales team.
- Manage relationships with Sales Channel Operations and Sales teams regarding ticket resolution.
- Contribute to the proper application of the Group's credit policy.
- Assist the team in completing ongoing projects.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly DSO reports and analyze collection trends.
- Foster teamwork and contribute to achieving team objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Financial analysis and credit data interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with credit KPIs, particularly DSO, aging reports, and cash forecasting.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal teams.
Relevant experience in credit management or a related financial role is required.
