1. Manage and collect past-due amounts for over 1,000 assigned accounts.
2. Review and make decisions on releasing orders based on payment history and terms compliance.
3. Research and evaluate credit limits for accounts based on payment behavior and credit reports.
4. Analyze aging reports to identify trends and issues.
5. Conduct proactive collection calls to customers with overdue balances.
6. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts to resolve payment delays.
7. Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with customers and internal teams.
8. Provide management with updates on payment trends and cash flow issues.
9. Recommend accounts for external collection when necessary.
10. Update accounts receivable systems with accurate status on past-due invoices.
11. Provide necessary documentation such as invoice copies and proof of delivery upon request.
12. Generate and distribute monthly statements in a timely manner.
13. Initiate and follow up on claims in CRM to ensure resolution.

1. Proven experience in credit, collections, and cash application in a high-volume environment.
2. Strong ability to meet or exceed collection goals.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; SAP experience preferred.
4. Ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio efficiently.
5. Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
6. High attention to detail and accuracy in account management.
7. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and teams.
8. High ethical standards and commitment to integrity.
9. Reliability and ability to handle confidential financial information.
