Kering Eyewear CAD/CAM Specialist

- Ensure the timely execution of 2D and 3D projects in collaboration with the Prototyping Area Manager.
- Oversee all phases of collection project advancement, assessing both components and finished eyewear, while evaluating opportunities and risks associated with subsequent production stages.
- Contribute to the identification of creative and sustainable ideas to ensure the overall feasibility of the collection project.
- Identify and evaluate potential technical issues in project development, supporting the team in proposing alternative solutions to enhance product quality and production timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the CAD Design and Prototyping teams for accurate interpretation of technical drawings.
- Work in conjunction with various company areas and potentially external suppliers on all project aspects, from components to finished eyewear.
- Diligently apply all safety regulations and procedures in the use of available technologies and equipment.
- Provide support to individuals involved in the process by identifying corrective and improvement actions for practices and procedures.
- Monitor the efficiency of systems and procedures throughout the process, proposing solutions.
- Manage simple operational plans defined through specific technical know-how and expertise.
- 2-3 years of experience in the use of 3/5 axis CNC machines
- Experience with CAD/CAM software, specifically Rhino NC for project programming
- Teamwork and collaborative spirit
- Technical proficiency in CAD/CAM systems

- Strong communication skills
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in utilizing 3/5 axis CNC machines and CAD/CAM software, particularly Rhino NC, is required.
