1. Define work plans based on sales cycle priorities and activities.
2. Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators regarding store visit frequency.
3. Cultivate constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates.
4. Act as the brand's point of reference for client feedback and needs.
5. Achieve sales objectives and support collection launches.
6. Monitor brand penetration and ensure adequate stock levels in stores.
7. Optimize product distribution in line with selective distribution guidelines.
8. Negotiate and enhance in-store brand visibility.
9. Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain brand image.
10. Implement training activities for trade regarding products and marketing.
11. Provide timely reporting on visits and gather customer feedback.
12. Analyze competitor activities and sales performance data.

1. Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
2. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
3. Solid background in trade marketing and visual merchandising.
4. Willingness to travel.
5. Native Japanese speaker.

1. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively.
4. Proven experience in planning and executing sales strategies.
5. Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
6. Teamwork and communication skills.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
