1. Develop and execute a strategic work plan aligned with sales cycle priorities.
2. Ensure effective visit planning to meet key performance indicators for store visits.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates.
4. Serve as the primary liaison for client feedback and needs.
5. Achieve sales objectives and support collection launches.
6. Monitor brand penetration and ensure optimal stock levels in stores.
7. Enhance brand presence and visibility in-store through negotiation.
8. Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines to maintain brand equity.
9. Implement training activities for trade partners on products and marketing.
10. Provide accurate reporting on store visits and gather customer feedback.
11. Analyze competitor activities and report on market trends.
12. Evaluate best and worst-selling products to inform sales strategies.

1. Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
2. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
3. Strong background in trade marketing and visual merchandising.
4. Willingness to travel extensively.
5. Native proficiency in Japanese.

1. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively.
4. Proven experience in sales strategy planning and execution.
5. Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
6. Effective teamwork and communication abilities.

A minimum of five years of experience in field sales, preferably within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
