- Achieve net sales targets by brand within the assigned territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
- Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution, ensuring brand integrity.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships to maximize sell-through.
- Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Present and maximize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance sell-through via visibility projects and trade marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-store training to optimize sales.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with other sales divisions of Kering Eyewear to maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Proven track record in growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
- Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Residency in NYC or Northern New Jersey.
