- Achieve net sales targets within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
- Establish and maintain a qualitative distribution network that aligns with brand identity.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships to enhance sell-through rates.
- Develop a balanced sales portfolio across brands.
- Promote and optimize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance sell-through via visibility projects and trade marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-store training sessions to boost sales performance.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with other sales divisions within Kering Eyewear to ensure a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Proven success in increasing sales and expanding distribution among wholesale clients.
- Strong customer relationships based on service excellence and trust.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for client visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
