- Define and execute work plans based on sales cycle priorities and activities.
- Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators for store visits.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand feedback and client needs.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms to maximize profitability and brand presence.
- Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimize assortments.
- Support collection launches and ensure brand penetration in stores.
- Manage brand presence and visibility in-store, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct training activities for trade on products, brand, and marketing.
- Provide timely reporting on visits and gather customer feedback.
- Analyze competitors' activities and report on market trends.
- Higher diploma or equivalent education.
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
- Availability to travel.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with a requirement for fluent Cantonese communication.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong achievement orientation.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficient communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a capacity for learning.
0-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the eyewear or a related industry.
Higher diploma or equivalent.
