1. Define and execute work plans based on sales cycle priorities and activities.
2. Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators for store visits.
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for brand feedback and client needs.
5. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
6. Negotiate commercial terms to maximize profitability and brand presence.
7. Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimize assortments.
9. Support collection launches and ensure brand penetration in stores.
10. Manage brand presence and visibility in-store, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
11. Conduct training activities for trade on products, brand, and marketing.
12. Provide timely reporting on visits and gather customer feedback.
13. Analyze competitors' activities and report on market trends.

1. Higher diploma or equivalent education.
2. 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
3. Availability to travel.
4. Fluency in English and Cantonese, with a requirement for fluent Cantonese communication.
