Kering Eyewear Brand Ambassador
Kering Eyewear is the dedicated eyewear division within the Kering Group, responsible for developing and distributing luxury eyewear for multiple fashion houses and licensed partners. - Report to the Area Sales Manager and implement regional wholesale sales strategy aligned with brand priorities.
- Create and execute sales plans organised by the sales cycle and seasonal activations to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with wholesale partners; act as the primary brand contact for customer feedback and commercial requirements.
- Support and supervise seasonal product launches at client accounts to ensure brand penetration and visibility.
- Ensure adherence to selective distribution guidelines and optimise brand placement across accounts.
- Manage store visitation programme to meet frequency KPIs, negotiate improved in-store exposure and protect brand image.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and maintain adequate in-store product presentation and stock levels.
- Deliver product, brand and trade-marketing training to client staff and retail teams.
- Prepare timely, accurate client and store visit reports; collect and synthesise customer feedback.
- Analyse sell-through dynamics to identify best- and poor-performing styles and propose remedial commercial actions.
- Produce business reviews and plans required for internal meetings and management reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience in fashion, luxury goods, cosmetics or fast-moving consumer goods; wholesale/B2B client management preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills; target-driven orientation.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and translate insight into action.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Mid-level sales experience in luxury, fashion, cosmetics or FMCG with demonstrable wholesale or B2B client management exposure; field or store-facing experience is highly desirable.
