3. Maximize sell-in and sell-out through strategic brand presence and visibility in stores.
4. Manage stock levels and support stock management processes in points of sale.
5. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Kering's distribution strategy and manage installation of marketing materials.
6. Conduct in-store training for retailer's sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities.
7. Support customer service in handling client requests and commercial returns.
8. Gather and analyze sales data to identify best and worst sellers.
9. Develop strong relationships with clients, including opticians and store managers.
10. Participate in trade shows and achieve sell-in targets.
11. Report on competitor activities and provide feedback on new products and collections.
12. Participate in internal meetings and trainings, providing feedback on products and promotions.

1. Proven track record in sales management within the luxury or fashion industry.
2. Experience in managing brand presence and merchandising in retail environments.
