- Oversee daily sales management and brand presentation for Kering brands within the allocated customer cluster.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in alignment with Kering Eyewear's strategic goals.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring product distribution aligns with brand image, positioning, and location standards.
- Maximize sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Enhance brand presence in stores by negotiating and optimizing visibility, securing appropriate space and window displays.
- Ensure adequate product assortment and stock levels in points of sale within the assigned territory.
- Support stock management administration processes.
- Verify visual merchandising compliance with Kering's distribution strategy and manage the installation of marketing materials.
- Conduct in-store training for retailer sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities.
- Support customer service by addressing client requests, queries, and demands.
- Manage commercial returns requests in accordance with corporate policies.
- Gather and analyze sales figures to identify best and worst sellers.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, including opticians, regional department stores, and optical chain managers.
- Open new qualitative distribution channels through the official approval process.
- Participate actively in trade show activities, from organization to post-event follow-up.
- Utilize iPad systems for data collection during store visits.
- Provide feedback on new products and collections, and report on competitor activities.
- Participate in internal meetings and trainings, offering insights on products, displays, promotions, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Proven track record in sales management within the luxury or eyewear industry.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and merchandising standards.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in using digital tools for data collection and reporting.
A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within the luxury or eyewear industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
