Kering Eyewear Brand Ambassador

- Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
- Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution, ensuring brand DNA preservation.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Present and optimize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to enhance sell-through.
- Provide in-store training to boost sales.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with other sales divisions within Kering Eyewear to maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Proven track record in growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
- Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time to visit clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Residence in Northeast Texas (Dallas/Ft Worth area).
