1. Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
2. Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution, ensuring brand DNA preservation.
3. Cultivate long-term relationships with customers to maximize sell-through.
4. Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
5. Present and optimize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
6. Collaborate on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to enhance sell-through.
7. Provide in-store training to boost sales.
8. Deliver timely and accurate reporting.
9. Collaborate with other sales divisions within Kering Eyewear to maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.

1. Proven track record in growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
2. Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
3. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
5. University degree or equivalent experience.
6. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
7. Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time to visit clients.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. Residence in Northeast Texas (Dallas/Ft Worth area).
