1. Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
2. Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution, ensuring brand integrity and DNA preservation.
3. Cultivate robust, long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
4. Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
5. Present and optimize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
6. Collaborate with customers on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to enhance sell-through.
7. Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
8. Provide timely and accurate reporting.
9. Collaborate with other sales divisions of Kering Eyewear to maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.

1. Proven track record of increasing sales and expanding door distribution among wholesale customers.
2. Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
3. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

1. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments is required.

University degree or equivalent experience.

Salary range: $140,000-150,000 USD
