Kering Eyewear Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
Kering Eyewear is the luxury eyewear division within the Kering group, designing, developing and distributing premium eyewear for a portfolio of global maisons. The business combines creative design, technical manufacturing and international distribution to serve luxury and lifestyle brands across global markets, operating within the broader resources and sustainability commitments of the Kering luxury group.
- Develop annual event and trade marketing strategy for local brands in alignment with HQ marketing and communication plans.
- Maintain proactive communication with local and global stakeholders to ensure seamless launches and consistent execution.
- Partner with SDV and sales teams to design and implement category-specific in‑store experiences that enhance customer engagement.
- Manage BTL budget planning, allocation and tracking; define KPIs and measure business effectiveness against targets.
- Create and deploy local visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and oversee in‑store implementation with the sales team.
- Oversee trade marketing operations: manage processes, monitor OTIF delivery and produce visibility reports for local and HQ stakeholders.
- Lead ad‑hoc go‑to‑market projects and support cross‑functional initiatives as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, business, fashion or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years’ experience in trade marketing and brand marketing; experience in eyewear or luxury fashion is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrable business acumen with strong fashion and market sensibility.
- Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail and strong problem‑solving capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all stakeholder levels.
- Proactive team player with superior organisational and time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in trade marketing and brand marketing, preferably within eyewear, luxury goods or fashion retail. Proven track record managing BTL activations, in‑store execution and stakeholder alignment across local and global teams.
Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, business, fashion or related discipline.
