Kering Eyewear Area Sales Manager — Norway

- Develop and manage business with opticians, regional department stores and independent retailers across the assigned Norwegian territory.
- Drive sell-in and achieve budget targets by building a qualitative distribution network and nurturing close relationships with business partners.
- Evaluate prospective accounts for brand fit and suitability when launching new brands or collections.
- Plan and execute regular store visits to meet KPIs for visit frequency, in-store visibility and sell-out performance.
- Deliver brand presentations and sell-in of new collections; provide in-store training to retailer sales teams on products and marketing activities.
- Monitor and support point-of-sale stock levels; coordinate orders and stock administration with Customer Services.
- Ensure visual merchandising (VM) and POS material comply with brand standards; support window campaigns and installation of marketing materials in key locations.
- Implement trade marketing activities in collaboration with the trade marketing team to maximise customer sell-out.
- Collect sell-out reports, manage orders and follow through on deliveries; support Finance with invoice, debit and credit note queries and manage commercial returns in line with corporate policy.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in field sales within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics or high-end consumer goods; demonstrable record of achieving sales targets.
- Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% field-based activity).
- Strong presentation skills and experience delivering brand/product trainings to retail teams.
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to secure and grow retail space and visibility.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts, seasonality and customer deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable liaising with internal teams (Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Finance) and handling order/invoice processes.
- Experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous but not required.

At least 2 years in field sales roles within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics or other high-end consumer goods, with a proven track record of building retail distribution and meeting sales targets. Prior experience in eyewear is a plus. Role requires frequent travel (up to 80%).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline preferred.
