Kering Eyewear Area Sales Manager

- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team within the assigned region.
- Manage and ensure the achievement of sales targets for proprietary brands and the entire regional team.
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Sales and the field sales team.
- Serve as a mentor and point of contact for new employees, including structured onboarding.
- Review and analyze weekly reports from team members.
- Participate in the selection, interviewing, and decision-making process for new hires.
- Approve and coordinate vacation requests within the team.
- Create and analyze sales metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Facilitate the individual development of team members in daily sales activities.
- Co-develop and implement distribution strategies with the Head of Sales and Field Sales Manager.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Personally manage and strategically develop selected top clients.
- Over 4 years of field sales experience with proven success in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
- Native German speaker with excellent English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (80%).
- Valid driver's license with no infractions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to expand business and identify new opportunities.
- Confident client interaction and comprehensive account management skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet seasonal and client-specific deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage and optimize the sales process.
Over 4 years of field sales experience in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
