1. Manage accounts receivable, credit control, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting for the Hong Kong operation.
2. Ensure accurate financial records and effective credit risk management.
3. Facilitate timely cash collection and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
4. Collaborate closely with Commercial and Sales Support teams and Finance stakeholders.
5. Perform new customer account setup and verification of customer background checks.
6. Maintain and update customer master data, credit limits, and GL mappings in SAP.
7. Prepare and submit Internal Credit Limit applications and conduct daily credit checks.
8. Support billing and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
9. Prepare and issue rebate credit notes, verifying terms and ensuring accurate posting.
10. Accurately post incoming customer receipts and perform timely cash posting.
11. Prepare Notifications of Overdue Accounts and issue Statements of Account.
12. Perform regular follow-ups with customers and commercial teams on outstanding balances.
13. Prepare weekly cash-in and collection reports for management review.
14. Generate accounts receivable ageing reports and distribute accounts-on-hold reports.
15. Assist in the preparation of credit risk reports and cash flow forecasts.
16. Maintain customer master data and handle banking-related activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
2. 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control, preferably in a multinational environment.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
4. Familiarity with credit risk management, invoicing, and collection processes.

6. Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control, preferably in a multinational environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
