- Manage accounts receivable, credit control, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting for the Hong Kong operation.
- Ensure accurate financial records and effective credit risk management.
- Facilitate timely cash collection and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial and Sales Support teams and Finance stakeholders.
- Perform new customer account setup and verification of customer background checks.
- Maintain and update customer master data, credit limits, and GL mappings in SAP.
- Prepare and submit Internal Credit Limit applications and conduct daily credit checks.
- Support billing and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and issue rebate credit notes, verifying terms and ensuring accurate posting.
- Accurately post incoming customer receipts and perform timely cash posting.
- Prepare Notifications of Overdue Accounts and issue Statements of Account.
- Perform regular follow-ups with customers and commercial teams on outstanding balances.
- Prepare weekly cash-in and collection reports for management review.
- Generate accounts receivable ageing reports and distribute accounts-on-hold reports.
- Assist in the preparation of credit risk reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain customer master data and handle banking-related activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with credit risk management, invoicing, and collection processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and accountability.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compliance and control-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control, preferably in a multinational environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
