Kering Executive Assistant - Financial Communication Coordinator

- Prepare and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders of the Financial Communication Department, including investor and analyst requests.
- Coordinate and manage investor roadshows and update databases.
- Oversee and manage team travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
- Participate in the organization of quarterly publication releases.
- Manage institutional shareholder identification, targeting, and tracking (reporting).
- Handle individual shareholder relations, including requests and participation in the organization of the Annual General Meeting.
- Manage the department's budget, ensuring its monitoring and administrative functioning, including meeting schedules.
- Proven experience in Executive Assistance.
- Fluency in written and spoken French.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing. International experience or experience in an international environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Proactive in proposing improvements to existing processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, and enjoys teamwork.
Confirmed experience in Executive Assistance, preferably within a financial communication context.
