- Provide legal and social advisory support to HR Managers, including individual case support, updating BDESE, and addressing issues related to disability, senior employees, and workforce planning.
- Lead and coordinate projects related to negotiation, monitoring, and implementation of agreements.
- Conduct regular legal and social monitoring in France and assess impacts.
- Perform in-depth studies and analyses in labor law.
- Prepare studies and materials for monthly Social and Economic Committee (CSE) and CSSCT meetings.
- Prepare and participate in negotiations with social partners, including benchmarking, legal research, and drafting agreement proposals.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR processes.
- Master's degree in Social Law.
- Proven experience in social law, either in a law firm or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Autonomous project management with initiative and customer service orientation.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to handle complex situations.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Stress management capabilities.
Candidates should possess a confirmed experience in social law, ideally gained within a law firm and/or corporate environment.
Master's degree in Social Law.
