1. Lead and develop the Corporate Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise for the EMEA region.
2. Oversee a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce needs.

4. Strengthen employer branding and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
5. Build a diverse and future-ready talent pipeline.
6. Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, providing market insights.
7. Manage key searches and identify high-potential talents.
8. Design and evolve sourcing strategies in collaboration with external partners.
9. Lead projects focused on process optimization and innovation.
10. Oversee employer branding and early career initiatives.
11. Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of Talent Acquisition metrics.

1. Proven experience in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies in multinational companies.
2. Ability to drive performance in a geographically dispersed team.
3. Strong relationship-building and client-focused mindset.
4. Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
5. Commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
6. Experience in employer branding and early careers engagement.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office suite and Talent Acquisition systems.
3. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
4. Strong organizational, proactive, and adaptable qualities.

Extensive experience in talent acquisition within matrixed, multinational environments, with a focus on strategic leadership and team management.
