- Lead and develop the Corporate Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise for the EMEA region.

- Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of Talent Acquisition metrics.
- Proven experience in designing and executing talent acquisition strategies in multinational companies.
- Ability to drive performance in a geographically dispersed team.

- Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Talent Acquisition systems.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
