Kering eCommerce Performance Intern

- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews, monthly standups, and eCommerce days.
- Support the ongoing conversion rate optimization program by identifying improvement opportunities, developing a testing roadmap, managing projects, and conducting A/B testing analysis.
- Create performance tracking dashboards for various eCommerce departments and brands.
- Provide quantitative data for eCommerce teams and prepare business cases.
- Collaborate with the Kering Data team for complex analysis follow-ups.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and omnichannel strategies, particularly within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics) and/or conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AB Tasty and Tableau is a plus.
No specific prior experience required, but a strong understanding of e-commerce and data-driven analysis is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
