1. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews, monthly standups, and eCommerce days.
2. Support the ongoing conversion rate optimization program by identifying improvement opportunities, developing a testing roadmap, managing projects, and conducting A/B testing analysis.
3. Create performance tracking dashboards for various eCommerce departments and brands.
4. Provide quantitative data for eCommerce teams and prepare business cases.
5. Collaborate with the Kering Data team for complex analysis follow-ups.

1. Strong interest in e-commerce and omnichannel strategies, particularly within the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics) and/or conversion rate optimization.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory.

1. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with AB Tasty and Tableau is a plus.

No specific prior experience required, but a strong understanding of e-commerce and data-driven analysis is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
