Kering eCommerce Performance Intern

- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews, monthly standups, and ecommerce days.
- Support the consultant on the conversion optimization program: identify improvement opportunities, develop test roadmaps, manage projects, implement and monitor A/B tests, and analyze results.
- Create performance tracking dashboards for various ecommerce departments and brands.
- Provide quantitative data for ecommerce teams and prepare business cases.
- Collaborate with the Kering Data team for complex analysis follow-ups.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and omnichannel, particularly in the luxury sector.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for quantifying, understanding, and optimizing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics) and/or CRO.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AB Tasty and Tableau is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
