Kering E-Commerce Client Services Assistant

1. Assist the Global Group Chat & Socials Project Manager in business and service activities.
2. Coordinate client services and improve processes in an international e-commerce context.
3. Manage enhancement requests and draft user stories.
4. Coordinate front-end contributions for client services across multiple brands.
5. Utilize Salesforce and Contentful for content updates and contributions.
6. Prepare e-commerce sites for Employee Sales events.
7. Create presentations for internal communication and survey analysis.

1. Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree.
2. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Interest in digital solutions and luxury industry experience is a plus.
