Kering E-Commerce Client Services Assistant

- Assist the Global Group Chat & Socials Project Manager in business and service activities.
- Coordinate client services and improve processes in an international e-commerce context.
- Manage enhancement requests and draft user stories.
- Coordinate front-end contributions for client services across multiple brands.
- Utilize Salesforce and Contentful for content updates and contributions.
- Prepare e-commerce sites for Employee Sales events.
- Create presentations for internal communication and survey analysis.
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in digital solutions and luxury industry experience is a plus.
