- Extract and analyze shipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in budget monitoring and maintain the Interlog dashboard for budget accuracy.
- Ensure data quality through account and master data cleaning.
- Update budget forecasts with data from transport providers.
- Conduct quality checks on transport and customs data.
- Maintain sustainability tracking tools through data normalization and importation.
- Prepare customized reports and data files upon internal request.
- Create and maintain documentation for recurring activities and procedural workflows.
- Provide support to team members and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to performance dashboards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a growth mindset.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in logistics and data analysis is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
