- Participate in the production of digital training materials such as e-learnings, user guides, and video editing.
- Coordinate communication with internal teams to ensure seamless information flow.
- Contribute to the development of communication and engagement templates for end users.
- Support the organization of workshops and training sessions to introduce new processes and tools.
- Design and improve user interfaces including wireframes and prototypes.
- Engage in co-creation workshops and user research activities.
- Develop intuitive solutions considering technical constraints and business needs.
- Stay updated with technological trends and propose design and user experience innovations.
- Master 2 student in business school with a specialization in digital communication.
- Fluent in English; fluency in Italian and/or French is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, SharePoint, Figma, Adobe Suite.
- Flexible, adaptable, creative, and enthusiastic about teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Passionate about fashion, luxury, and design.
- UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in digital communication or training are beneficial.
Master 2 student in business school with a specialization in digital communication.
