1. Assist in the production of digital training materials, including e-learning modules, user guides, and practical case studies.
2. Ensure effective communication with internal teams to facilitate information flow.
3. Contribute to the development of communication and engagement materials to inform and involve end users.
4. Support the organization of workshops and training sessions to familiarize users with new processes and tools.
5. Collect and analyze feedback through surveys.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is advantageous.

1. Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, SharePoint.
2. Flexibility and adaptability in a team environment.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a keen interest in fashion, luxury, or design.
5. Knowledge of Agile framework is a plus.
6. UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in related fields are beneficial.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School.
