Kering Digital Workplace Intern

- Assist in the production of digital training materials, including e-learning modules, user guides, and practical case studies.
- Ensure effective communication with internal teams to facilitate information flow.
- Contribute to the development of communication and engagement materials to inform and involve end users.
- Support the organization of workshops and training sessions to familiarize users with new processes and tools.
- Collect and analyze feedback through surveys.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, SharePoint.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a keen interest in fashion, luxury, or design.
- Knowledge of Agile framework is a plus.
- UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in related fields are beneficial.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School.
