1. Participate in the production of digital training materials, including e-learnings, user guides, and video editing.
2. Coordinate communication with internal teams to ensure seamless information flow.
3. Contribute to developing communication and engagement templates for end users.
4. Support the organization of workshops and training sessions for new processes and tools.
5. Design and improve user interfaces such as wireframes and interactive prototypes.
6. Engage in co-creation workshops and user research activities.
7. Develop intuitive solutions considering technical constraints and business needs.
8. Stay updated on technological trends and propose design and user experience innovations.

1. Master 2 student in business school with a specialization in digital communication.
2. Fluent in English; fluency in Italian and/or French is a strong asset.
3. Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, SharePoint, Figma, Adobe Suite is preferred.
4. Flexible, adaptable, creative, and enthusiastic about teamwork.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and passionate about fashion/luxury/design.
7. UX/UI skills are a valuable asset.
