Kering Digital Media Manager

- Lead the planning, activation and full-funnel optimization of core digital media channels: Paid Social, Direct & Programmatic Display, Video and Integrated SEA/SEO in partnership with the Global media agency and brand media teams.
- Define and implement cross-brand measurement frameworks and consistent KPIs for Paid Social, Display/Video and Search; align Maison teams on reporting and governance.
- Design, oversee and translate digital media tests into business-oriented recommendations (optimal investment levels, omnichannel strategies, CRM–media synergies).
- Ensure media-tech readiness and compliance: mitigation of signal loss, pixel and server-side tracking, consent frameworks and related implementations.
- Challenge and manage agency performance, deliverables and commercial agreements (contracts, SOWs), and lead vendor selection and negotiations when required.
- Drive proactive market and technology monitoring (AI in search, LLMs, platform trends), evaluate new tools/services and promote adoption across brands.
- Operate cross-functionally in project mode with Strategy & Development teams and regional hubs (e.g. Kering Media APAC) and run upskilling sessions, playbooks and cross-brand workshops to elevate digital maturity.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in digital media within agency, consultancy or brand environments, in a senior capacity.
- Proven record of managing Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video and Search at scale with measurable performance improvements.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Advanced analytical capability; practical knowledge of measurement methodologies (Media Mix Modeling is a plus).
- Fluent English required; French and Italian are advantageous.
- Demonstrable affinity with luxury or retail sectors is a strong plus.

At least 10 years in digital media with senior-level responsibility, ideally with exposure to both branding and performance channels; experience on agency, consulting or brand side preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
