Kering Digital Media Manager

- Lead and optimize digital media channels including Paid Social, Direct & Programmatic Display, Video, and Integrated SEA/SEO.
- Collaborate with the global media agency and brand media teams to enhance digital media performance and efficiency.
- Provide brands with insightful analyses, best practices, benchmarks, and cross-channel KPIs.
- Supervise digital media tests and develop actionable business recommendations.
- Implement cross-brand measurement frameworks for digital channels and ensure KPI alignment.
- Manage media-tech projects such as signal loss mitigation and server-side tracking.
- Work cross-functionally with the Strategy & Development department and the Kering Media APAC hub.
- Challenge digital stakeholders to maintain high service quality and performance.
- Stay informed on media and marketing innovations, identifying new tools and services.
- Develop and enforce digital media guidelines across brands and markets.
- Conduct internal upskilling sessions and workshops to enhance digital maturity.
- 10+ years of experience in digital media, preferably within a senior role at an agency, consultancy, or brand.
- Deep understanding of branding and performance digital channels.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills, with knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) as a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and Italian is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the luxury or retail industry is beneficial.
