Kering Digital Media Manager

- Lead and optimize all major digital media channels, including Paid Social, Direct & Programmatic Display, Video, and Integrated SEA/SEO.
- Collaborate with the global media agency and brand media teams to enhance digital media performance and efficiency.
- Provide brands with insightful analyses, best practices, benchmarks, and cross-channel KPIs.
- Supervise digital media tests and derive actionable business recommendations.
- Implement cross-brand measurement frameworks for Paid Social, Display/Video, and Search.
- Ensure expertise in media-tech projects such as signal loss mitigation and pixel/server-side tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Strategy & Development department and with the Kering Media APAC hub.
- Challenge digital stakeholders at agencies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay abreast of media and marketing innovations, identifying new tools and services to enhance digital media activities.
- Develop and enforce the Group’s digital media guidelines across brands and markets.
- Conduct internal upskilling sessions and workshops to elevate digital media maturity.
- 10+ years of experience in digital media within a senior role, preferably in an agency, consulting, or brand environment.
- Extensive knowledge of branding and performance digital channels.
- Proven project management capabilities with a focus on execution excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) as a plus.
- Ability to work swiftly and adaptively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; French and Italian are advantageous.
- Familiarity with the luxury or retail industry is beneficial.
